Cancellation Policy

WORLD CLASS PREMIER TRAINING CENTER RENTAL AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER This Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned (“Renter”) and World Class Premier Corp. (“WCP”) for the rental of practice space at the World Class Premier Training Center (“Facility”). By signing this Agreement, Renter acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Rental Use & Restrictions • Rental rates apply to individual sessions or group practices only. Tournaments, camps, clinics, or leagues are STRICTLY PROHIBITED without prior written permission from WCP management. 2. Facility Use & Responsibilities • Renter must respect other renters and the Facility. The Facility must be vacated promptly at the end of the rental period. • Any unauthorized overtime use of the Facility will result in additional charges and may lead to suspension of future rental privileges. • Participants must not throw or kick objects near the lights. • Any damage caused during the rental period must be reported to WCP management within 24 hours. 3. Facility Closing Procedures • All lights must be turned off before leaving. • The Facility must be left in the same condition as found upon arrival. • The door must be locked and checked before departure. The key must remain in the lockbox, and the provided access code must not be shared. 4. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk • Use of the Facility is at the Renter’s own risk. • Renter acknowledges that participating in sports, training, and other activities at the Facility involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and equipment-related accidents. • Renter, on behalf of themselves and all participants, coaches, students, parents/guardians, and observers, hereby releases, waives, and discharges World Class Premier Corp., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injuries, damages, or losses sustained while using the Facility. • Renter assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages occurring during their rental period and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WCP from any claims resulting from their use of the Facility. 5. Agreement Acknowledgment • By signing below, Renter acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, including the Liability Waiver.
